The Denver Broncos have traded quarterback Tim Tebow to the New York Jets, a league supply told NFL Network’s Michael Lombardi.
Tebow was given the selection of joining either the Jets or Jacksonville Jaguars and decided New York was the very best option, a league source told Lombardi.
The Broncos received the Jets’ fourth-round and sixth-round picks in the 2012 NFL Draft. The Jets also gave the Broncos their seventh-round choice this year.
The Broncos later confiremd the move in a release.
