The arrest rate in the course of the lockout has slowed considerably, but weekends in June sometimes entail pro athletes with small to do discovering more than a small trouble. It happened on Sunday in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where Eagles linebacker Akeem Jordan was arrested for assault and battery, according to the Every day News Record.
Per the report, the incident occurred in a parking lot on Evelyn Byrd Avenue in Harrisonburg. Jordan was released without having bail earlier today.
Details are sketchy for now. Hopefully, he wasn’t waving a knife before accidentally throwing it at somebody.
