CINCINNATI — New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow will talk about “faith and football” to a packed home at Cincinnati Christian University.
School spokesman Steve Carr mentioned some two,000 individuals are expected to hear Tebow on Tuesday in a discussion in the school fitness center and at an evening fundraising banquet.
Recently traded to the Jets from Denver, Tebow is identified for late-game heroics and his public assertions of Christian faith.
Carr mentioned donors covered the expense of bringing the Heisman Trophy winner to the school. He declined to give specifics, but said the check out will raise funds for the school, with banquet tickets sold for $ 500 every single.
The school says Tebow’s talks aren’t open to reporters. The private school dates to the 1920s and was formerly recognized as Cincinnati Bible College and Seminary.
